Vincenzo BeschiFilm maker
He studied at the Conservatorio, in Brescia, and at the Institute of Art, in Guidizzolo (Mantua). He thinks that trying to find out moments of free expression in the audio-visual universe with children and students is a way to make art in a non competitive way.
His video “Pennellate elettroniche di tutti i colori” ( Multicolour Electronic Brushes) , produced by PinAC in Rezzato, won the“Alberto Manzi” prize, assigned by the University of Bologna, RAI and Regione Emilia-Romagna. He is head of the association AVISCO in Brescia. He collaborates with various associations, among which the Mediateca Provinciale in Brescia and Pinacoteca Internazionale dell’Età Evolutiva Aldo Cibaldi in Rezzato. He’s been part of European Animation Network, which is an Italian, Belgian, Portuguese and Czech group, since 2008
His work has been the object of numerous university dissertations. He’s the author of video programmes , video productions and other multimedia products, which have won national and international contests, and have been shown on TV and at some of the most important Italian and foreign festivals.
Nadiolinda, alias Nadia Busato, is a journalist and she works in advertising as copywriter. She is a critic for Athesis papers and teaches ethic publication online.
Blogger and sociology expert, she writes about love relationships for Grazia, Playboy (the Italian version) and Bresciaoggi. In radio and TV, she works for MTV-Loveline, on the programme “Hot Sex”.

Aquarium, 1956. He’s a council member of the National Museum of Photography, and a secretary of the Lombardy’s Fedic Regional Council. Fedic stands for Film Club Italian Federation.He’s been collaborating with national and international photography websites as a critique and as a scientific-historic journalist,since the day Internet and digital photography were born.
Some of his works have been exposed at the Lucca Digital Photo Fest, some other works are kept at the Duomo of Florence archive and at the National Museum of Photography. He’s one of those who have worked on a project called “ Small Places Tour” on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Amnesty International.

Tiziana SavioItalian and Latin literature teacher
She was born in Desenzano del Garda on the 26th September 1960. She did her classical studies at the Liceo Arnaldo in Brescia, then she took a degree in Modern Letters at Milan University. She has taught Italian and Latin for 20 years and she was also responsible for the teachers ‘training , besides she was among those in charge of writing the” POF”.
She was one of the first teachers to use IT technology as a didactic instrument. She loves cinema and its relationship with literature and she’s been teaching it since the 90s, in afternoon classes . Attracted by art, she feels a strong passion for painting.
She’s a promoter and an organizer of the BFF, and she’s particularly in charge of web advertising. She’s been part of the jury since the 1st edition of the festival.
Andrea SquassinaSound engineer, musician and composer
He’s studied at the Saluzzo’s “Alto Perfezionamento Musicale” school ,offering a high specialisation in the subject , to become a sound engineer and film-maker. He’s the director of 6th Floor Recording Studio in Brescia, which produces music, video and movies.
He’s made the soundtrack for some animation movies and also for Teorema 2.0. Since 2015 he’s been a member of the Audio Engineering Society. He’s taken part in the last editions of the BFF and has also won the 7th edition with “Sunset Limited”.
Giacomo UbertiCommunication expert
Strategic planner and the founder of” Space Chimp design” , he always works with his little helper, an astronaut chimp (the first one, to tell you the truth). An expert in strategic planning and non-conventional communication, he has collaborated with the BFF since its 5th edition.
Luca VidulisMaths teacher
He teaches maths at the scientific lyceum. He loves cinema and Japanese Mangas, football, naturalistic photography and reading. He’s a full time school teacher and puts his all energies into the teaching activity. Thanks to an unusual sympathetic power, he really makes his students love his subject.
He promoted the participation of students in the Maths Olimpics, with really great results. He’s been part of the BFF since the 1st edition of the festival with love and enthusiasm.
His precision, amplified by the teaching of Maths over the years, has made him a “killer” of imperfections, a really great weapon used by the jury.
She was born in Brescia on July 9th 1956 and took her degree in Classical Literature at the University of Pavia. She taught at the Lyceum Veronica Gambara in Brescia where she was also in charge of teaching literacy to foreign students. She’s very fond of cinema and theatre, and she tried to trnasmit those passions to her students, introducing them to these arts and to their fruitful relationship to literature
She’s fond of reading and particularly into audiovisual language and she studied at Calini, taking part to the BFF work group with enthousiasm ,competence and continuity. She ‘s currently in charge of the BFF Facebook page and she likes shooting videos and commercials. In 2005 she was part of the Jury at “ Piccolo Grande Cinema”, a Film Contest organised by MIC (Interactive Museum of Cinema) in Milan.
Alberto DoscioliTeacher of Religion
Degree in Philosophy and Religious Sciences has been teaching at Calini since 2015. Among other interests he's in charge of the Photography Context during the Dies Fasti event and of the Photographic Storytelling Workshop.
Librarian, has been working for Abibook, Brescia since 2016 and works in the school library at I.I.S. Gigli. He's a passionate reader,a film lover and a geek, and strongly believes in the role of libraries and librarians as fostering figures in the paths of knowledge through book circulation, the promotion of listening. Most of all he thinks that librarians should try to make the recreation of knowledge, more and more involving.
Maurizio Pasetti è nato a Brescia il 23 giugno 1960.
Dal 1989 ha partecipato alle attività di ipotesICinema fondata da Ermanno Olmi e Paolo Valmarana a Bassano del Grappa.
Collabora da molti anni col regista padovano Rodolfo Bisatti nelle attività di regia, sceneggiatura e composizione musicale.
Dal 1995 è socio dell’Associazione KINEO (fondata a Padova) per lo studio e la ricerca sulla comunicazione audiovisiva vincitrice (attraverso la partnership del Comune di Padova) con il progetto Memoriali del XX secolo del concorso europeo CULTURA 2000 (www.memory2000.net)
Nel 2009 fonda a Marostica con Laura Pellicciari, Mara Favero e Rodolfo Bisatti la casa di produzione ‘KINEOfilm srl’ con cui ha realizzato come co-sceneggiatore e aiuto regista i film Voci nel buio (2010) e Al Dio Ignoto (2018).
Paolo Ambrosi, nato a Brescia il 30/11/1971, è docente di storia e filosofia, dal 2012 impiegato presso il liceo A. Calini di Brescia.
Disabile visivo, da sempre interessato alle tematiche della comunicazione, della cultura e dell'inclusione sociale e culturale per un'utenza il più possibile ampliata, ha, negli anni, promosso entro il gruppo di lavoro del Booktrailer Film Festival la tematica dell'accessibilità dei contenuti e dei prodotti artistici per chi viva un deficit sensoriale.
Luigi Bertanza è nato nel 1967 ed è attualmente impiegato presso la Banca nazionale del lavoro. Ama lo sport e ha l’hobby del cinema e della lettura.
Claudio Romano è nato nel 1950 e vive a Bovezzo, in provincia di Brescia.
Dal 2001 al 2010 è stato Presidente della sezione provinciale Uici, L’Unione Italiana dei Ciechi e degli ipovedenti, di Brescia. Dal 2010 al 2015 ha fatto parte della Direzione nazionale ed è stato coordinatore del centro nazionale del libro parlato della stessa associazione. Dal 2015 è membro dell’Ufficio di Presidenza del suo Consiglio regionale lombardo.

Associate director of the Institute of Journalism and Social Communication, assistant professor of Media and Social Communication Faculty. Exploratory interests: learning about communicating, cross-cultural communicating, issues of multiethnicity in historic aspect (XIX century multiethnic communities) as well as theoretical one; the problem of forming and evolving of the ethos of a journalist (since mid XIX century). Literary scholar and educator of literature, works at the Faculty of Polish Scholastic Education and is in charge of the Centre of Educational Research and Lifelong Learning at the Faculty of Polish Language of Jagiellonian University. Teaches didactics of literature, theatrical education and also promotion of reading. The author of books: „Literary grotesque”, „Lessons of theatre”, „Pleasure and responsibility in a set book. Reading literature at school”, „Looking for a reader. Diagnosis, inspiration, recommendation”. Has worked as a teacher in primary and secondary schools. She is the co-author of course books: „Barwy epok” and „Lustra świata”.
Agnieszka Kania, PhD.
Polish teacher, used to work at high school, currently works the Faculty of Polish Scholastic Education at the Polish Language Department of Jagiellonian University. Secretary of Nationwide Elocutionary Contest im.Wojciech Korfanty. The author of the book “Young Polishman in classes of Polish. Polish studies education and formation of national identity”. Co-author of series of textbooks „how a word can fascinate.”

Interested in dichotomy of “the master” and “the boor” in Polish literature, relations between subjectivity and ideology in the cinema as well as critical theory. Published his work in scientific journals („Czas Kultury”, „Fraza”, „Konteksty Kultury”, „Pamiętnik Literacki”), Internet portals („artPAPIER”, „Dziennik Opinii KP”, „Reflektor”) and publishing companies.
The graduate of Film Studies and International Cultural Studies at Jagiellonian University, since 2010 she has been cooperating with the center of culture in Nowy Targ as a moderator of film shows. He is the author of the novel “Girl Guide”, which has been filmed by Juliusz Machulski; as well as “Dzieci sierżanta Pieprza”.
