Promoting BFF in the most beautiful library in the world

At the end of October we set off for the Polish seaside in order to present the BFF and run the workshops in the „Culture Station” library in Rumia. It was a collaboration with students of I Secondary School im.Książąt Pomorskich in Rumia. This initiative had been proposed by Ms Kinga Lanc from the ”Culture Station” library in Rumia. The workshops were a part of the project called „With a camera among books” realised by the library. The participants worked on the story by Olga Tokarczuk „Professor Andrews in Warsaw.” Culture Station is an amazing library not only because it is placed right inside the building of train station but also due to the fact that it is famous for various cultural and educational offers. This is a place to meet representatives of the world of culture, take part in workshops, cultural initiatives and Rumia Comic Con Festival. The library can vaunt numerous prestigious rewards. It has been officially acknowledged as the most beautiful library in the world. In 2016 the library was the award winner in the international contest for the best designed library interior (Library Interior Design Awards) in the category of Single Space Design.It was the only European library that got to the final of that contest.
