Ilija Barišić
Ilija Barišić holds a double degree in Croatian language and literature and History from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb. He defended PhD thesis at the same University about Film discourse in videogames. His main research interests include film and game studies. He teaches Croatian language and literature in high school and videogames at VERN’ University.
Daniel Kušan
Daniel Kušan graduated in film and TV directing from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. Since 1998, he has been working as a film and TV director. He has directed short and TV films, TV series and documentaries. He has also directed and written plays for the theatre and published several short stories in literary magazines. His first feature film, “Koko and the Ghosts”, has been shown at around twenty international festivals on all continents. The film has won seven Croatian and one international award. In the beginning of 2014, he completed his short film "Together" and in the same year he shot his newest feature film from Koko series "Love or Death" which achieved the highest cinema attendance among Croatian films in 2014.
Ana Đordić
She graduated in Croatian Studies and Philosophy and has a Ph. D. in Film Studies. Working in the "XIII. Gymnasium" in Zagreb, she is also the co-founder of the Film EDUcation project and teaches at the School of the Culture of Media "Dr Ante Peterlić". She is a program selector of the Four River Film Festival and an external associate of the Film Literacy Project of Croatian Audiovisual Centre and the Croatian Film Association in educational and festival programs. By receiving the award from the Ministry of Science and Education, she became one of the most successful educational staff members of the school year 2018/2019, 2020/2021 and 2022/2023. Since 2023, she is the president of Croatian Film Association.
