Il valore aggiunto è l’utilizzo della lingua italiana nei dialoghi che modellandosi sull’idioma rumeno produce una singolare e ironica resa “British” delle battute. Il commento finale coglie con arguzia il senso e le intenzioni dell’autore del libro.

Per l'efficacia visiva con cui è stato trasposto il racconto distopico di Ray Bradbury. La regia sceglie di non mostrare l'insieme, ma di procedere per frammenti: dettagli inquietanti di occhi che osservano e mani che agiscono, trasformando gli oggetti quotidiani in feticci di una tecnologia alienante. Attraverso l'uso sapiente di forti contrasti cromatici, il booktrailer riesce a restituire la tensione tra il calore asfissiante della savana africana e la fredda asetticità della vita domestica. L'opera cattura l'essenza della deriva psicologica dei protagonisti, rendendo tangibile il confine sempre più labile tra realtà e simulazione.
For the visual effectiveness with which Ray Bradbury's dystopian tale has been transposed. The director chooses not to show the whole, but to proceed in fragments: disturbing details of observing eyes and acting hands, transforming everyday objects into fetishes of an alienating technology.
